Duties & Responsibilities:

ABC 7 (WVII-TV)/Fox 22 (WFVX-TV) in Bangor, ME is looking for a full-time Production employee to assist with our newscasts. The right candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with both audio and video equipment, a background with live productions, and a willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Solid communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly is an absolute must; a background with broadcast graphics is preferred.

Job duties include (not limited to):
Using a video switcher.
Editing video and news graphics using Grass Valley Edius and Adobe
Creative Suite.
Operating studio cameras.
Operating audio interface.
Work as a team leader guiding everyone working on the broadcast.

Requirements & Skills:

The ideal candidate has:
Experience with live broadcasting.
Technical savvy.
Attention to detail.
Leadership abilities.
Graphic design experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
